- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service is horrible, they don't they don't return calls. Not even the bank president, Tyler Valentine. They have lost documents that I have dropped off and to try to get them to do anything is like pulling teeth. If you have a pastime device they turn it on the day your payment is due, it takes multiple phone calls to get them to turn it off. When the device randomly turns on for no reason they are excuses and blame you for it. They lost my insurance information and because of it, they almost charges me a fee.By juan torres, August 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had an auto loan with them that I had to get refinaced with another bank because they kept losing my payments whether it was an auto pay, mailed personal check, or walking in and paying in cash in person. They would never call me back, I have had a very hard time with this bank, the service is terrible and no one was willing to help me solve any of the problems that they have created. I am beyond happy that I do not have to deal with this bank anymore.By Grant Borchelt, December 29, 2016
