  Holy adoption process...two weeks to get my kitten. I understand placing animals in a good home, but when I have to give records of all my horses, as well as cats and dogs, it's a bit eidiculous. Then calling the zoning to make sure I can have another cat on our property? I live in the middle of nowhere, the zoning guys laughed in their faces at that question. I like this place but the adoption process is more of a Hassel than any other shelter I've been to

  This place is a trip. Its very clean. I've been in there a couple times. First time a lady who sat up front wasn't very friendly. The second time a lady was a little more pleasant. Why can we not apply @ this job? Why can we not assist & volunteer.? There's a waiting list? Why? How come the shelter is not open on Mondays? That's what the site just told me. The hours of this place are ridiculous. It's frustrating to go for your personal lunch time to go find your pet & their doors are locked. The way this place is ran kind of sucks. I'm not pleased with the hours of this "facility". Other than that the animals look well taken care of, it didn't reek inside and it was clean.
