- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Saying that I'm currently unsatisfied would be a woeful understatement. I don't think I could have been any clearer when I said "I'm closing my account," and withdrew the entire balance. Imagine my surprise when I find out that, 5 months later, not only is my account *not* closed, but US Bank is levying maintenance and 'low balance' fees. And the national hotline is no help; I'm going to have to use my lunch hour to go into the building and get this hammered out. I sincerely hope you don't need to ask *why* I chose to take my banking elsewhere.By Erin Smith, February 20, 2017
